I had a great experience overall! The quality of food was excellent, surpassing many all-inclusive options. The indoor activities kept my kids entertained despite the cold rain. However, the room we initially received had a strong mildew smell, and we went through several room changes before settling on an acceptable one. Also, the noise from the adjoining room was a bit of a drawback during bedtime. The hotel has a beautiful pool area, but the service in the restaurant could use some improvement during busy times.
